Elisa L. has a progression through various roles in the customer support and service industry. Starting as a User Services Representative at LogMeIn in April 2014, Elisa then moved on to become a Team Lead, Customer Care. Transitioning to Brainshark in October 2017, Elisa took on the roles of Manager, Customer Support, Senior Manager, Customer Support, and eventually Director Of Customer Support. Currently, at Starburst since January 2021, Elisa holds the position of Senior Director of Support.
