Gabrielle Gutierrez is a dedicated professional with experience in advocacy and support for victims of sexual violence. Currently serving as an MCOT Specialist at StarCare Lubbock since July 2024, Gabrielle previously held the roles of Anti-Trafficking Specialist and Advocacy Coordinator at CASA of the South Plains from September 2022 to July 2024. Earlier in the career, Gabrielle worked as a Victim Advocate at Voice of Hope, contributing to the organization’s mission to provide crisis assistance and promote awareness of sexual violence. Gabrielle's foundational experience includes roles as a Student Assistant at Texas Tech University and as an Intern at Voice of Hope. Gabrielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology with a Criminology Concentration from Texas Tech University and an Associate of Arts from Weatherford College.
