Pooja Dhamdhere

Pooja Dhamdhere currently serves as the Commerce Lead at Starcom since January 2024. Prior to this role, Pooja held the position of Associate Vice President eMarket at LS Digital Group from August 2020 to November 2023, where leadership in the eCommerce vertical resulted in managing revenues exceeding 350 crore across more than 50 clients and 5 industries, while also developing omni-channel strategies and tech for revenue visualization. As the founder of INTOTO.in, a private label women's footwear brand, Pooja achieved a 35% CAGR over four years through effective brand building and exclusive marketing alliances. Pooja's previous roles include Manager Business Alliance at Logicserve Digital, Senior Advertising Executive at ELLE Magazine, and Advertising Executive at Sports Illustrated, among others. Pooja's educational background includes degrees in management and marketing from several prestigious institutions, including MICA and the University of Mumbai, along with a diploma in Cyber Law.
