Raj Karthigeyan

Raj Karthigeyan has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Raj started their career in 1996 as a Senior Sales Executive at Ashok Leyland, where they focused on dealer development and maintaining relationships with institutional and corporate buyers. In 2002, they worked as a Summer Intern in Supply Chain Management at Harman/Becker Automotive Systems. From 2003 to 2008, they held the position of Programmer and Systems Analyst at Gant Travel (NWS Enterprises) before joining Kirkland & Ellis LLP as a Knowledge Systems Dev Specialist in 2008. Raj then transitioned to Starcom, where they held various roles in engineering. Raj started as an Associate Director of Software Engineering in 2011 and steadily moved up the ladder, becoming a Director of Engineering in 2013, Vice President of Engineering in 2016, and finally, a Senior Vice President and Director of Engineering in September 2021.

Raj Karthigeyan earned a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pondicherry University in the years 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Science from Indiana University Bloomington, from 2001 to 2003. Prior to these achievements, they completed their high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
