Greg Scott

Greg Scott has over 10 years of work experience in software development and consulting roles. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at StarCompliance since January 2022. Prior to that, Greg was employed as a Web Software Developer at Legend Club Management from February 2020 to December 2021. Greg also worked as a Software Consultant at Audacia from October 2018 to February 2020.

Earlier in their career, Greg was a Mid-Level Software Developer at Digiata, where they were promoted to this position in April 2018. Greg was primarily responsible for designing and implementing new features, as well as maintaining the Recon product. Greg also gained foundational experience as a Junior Software Developer on various projects, particularly the stadium team for the first twelve months. Greg started their career as an Intern at takealot.com in November and December 2014.

Before transitioning to software development, Greg worked as a Vac Employee at FFS Refiners and Associated Energy Services, where they assisted with automation projects and computer system installations, respectively.

Greg Scott attended Rondebosch Boys High School from 2005 to 2010, where they completed their matric. In 2011, they started their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Cape Town. Greg completed their degree in 2015.
