Ishan Dubey has a strong background in engineering and software development. Ishan currently serves as a Lead Engineer at StarCompliance, where they utilize their technical expertise to contribute to the company's success.

Prior to their current role, Ishan gained experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at UMass Boston. During this time, they developed a Data Visualization Application in MATLAB for the Engineering Department's research team.
