Swetha Renya Natarajan, SHRM-CP, CPHR, serves as the People and Culture Coordinator at StarFish Medical since September 2021. Previously, Swetha held the role of HR Generalist at Tata Consultancy Services from July 2017 to March 2019, focusing on talent engagement and management initiatives. With earlier experiences as an HR Intern at Tata Consultancy Services and Big Bazaar - Future Retail, Swetha gained insights into employee engagement and HR processes. Swetha started the career as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, contributing to the development of an e-commerce site. Swetha holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from SSN School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai.
