Rafi Wadan

Rafi Wadan is the Co-Founder & CEO of Stargazr, an AI-powered performance management software for finance and operational teams in the manufacturing sector. Rafi also works as a Lecturer at NBS Northern Business School and NORDAKADEMIE Hochschule der Wirtschaft, specializing in accounting and controlling. With previous experience as a Senior Controller at Lufthansa Technik and a Controller at Beiersdorf, Rafi has a strong background in financial management. Rafi is currently pursuing a PhD in Management Accounting and Control at Technische Universität Chemnitz, with previous educational achievements from prestigious institutions such as UCLA Anderson School of Management and Loyola Marymount University.
