Cheng Qiao

Cheng Qiao is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience in data analysis and engineering. Currently serving as Head of Analytics Solutions and previously as Senior Data Analyst at StarHub since November 2019, Cheng Qiao has demonstrated expertise in the digital domain, specifically with SmartHub. Prior experience includes a role as Product Analytics Intern at Grab, where machine learning models were developed to analyze ride segments and passenger behavior, along with predicting cancellation rates. Cheng Qiao's career began at Micron Technology, where a significant role as Singapore Backend Test Engineer involved KPI tracking and data management, followed by an internship focused on electrical failure analysis of NAND wafers.
