Jocelyn Nguyen

Jocelyn Nguyen is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in digital transformation, program management, and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of PMO & Development Hub at StarHub since September 2020, Jocelyn has effectively developed a team focused on enhancing customer experience through iterative improvements on a new Consumer platform. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made at International SOS, holding multiple executive positions including Group General Manager and Digital Transformation Programme Director, where Jocelyn drove strategic initiatives and managed substantial digital transformation projects. With a robust educational background that includes a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from emlyon business school and completion of the Management Acceleration Programme at INSEAD, Jocelyn possesses a diverse skill set in finance, project management, and technology integration.
