Tan Toi Chia

Toi Chia Tan is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in human resources, corporate strategy, and leadership consulting. Currently serving as Chief of People, Organisation and Communications at StarHub since March 2023, Toi previously held various leadership roles at Certis, including Chief Corporate & Human Resources Officer and SVP, Head Group HR, Corp Planning, Comms & Marketing. Prior experience includes consulting at Heidrick & Struggles in executive search and leadership consulting, as well as key positions at dnata Singapore and PSA International Pte Ltd, where Toi oversaw business development and corporate affairs in multiple regions. Toi holds a BSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and has a strong educational foundation from Raffles Institution.
