Richard McSparin Sphr (Rick)

Richard "Rick" McSparin, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Starin Marketing since October 2012 and has also been an Adjunct Professor at Valparaiso University since August 1990. Previously, Rick held the position of Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from September 2007 to October 2012 and served as Corporate Human Resources Manager at Von Tobel Lumber and Hardware from July 1992 to September 2007. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Augustana College and a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from Indiana University Northwest.
