Diego Fanton began their career in 2010 as an Agent Commercial at Santander Brasil, where they were responsible for assisting customers with transactions and banking products, with a focus on consigned credit and insurance sales. In 2012, they joined Itaú Unibanco as a Foreign Exchange Consultant, where they executed commercial actions to attract, generate profits, and retain foreign exchange customers, as well as influencing business managers to offer products to potential customers. In 2018, they moved to Inditex as a Retail Management, where they were responsible for receiving merchandise from Spain and distributing it to stores in the Netherlands, analyzing the need for merchandise, and integrating customers and employees. In 2020, they joined Remessa Online powered by Beetech as a Business Account Manager, where they focused on start-ups and fintechs related to loans and capital contributions, foreign direct investment, and ROF. Finally, in 2022, Diego joined STARK BANK as a Business for Startups, where they helped companies grow with technology, focusing on payment solutions such as bills, QR codes, transfers, payroll, reimbursements, supplier payments, cards, bank data validation, and BaaS.

Diego Fanton obtained a Bacharelado em Administração from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí between 2007 and 2012. Diego then pursued a Gestão de Pessoas from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie between 2014 and 2015. From 2017 to 2020, Diego studied English at UvA Talen. Diego is currently pursuing a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - MBA from Universidade Paulista with a field of study in MBA em Câmbio e Práticas de Mercado. Additionally, in September 2020, Diego obtained a certification from LinkedIn titled "LinkedIn: tudo o que você precisa saber para ter sucesso nos Negócios".
