Hannah Merry

Adult Services Supervisor at Stark County District Library

Hannah Merry began their work experience in 2017 as a Refugee Resettlement Intern at the International Institute of Akron. From December 2017 to June 2018, they gained valuable experience in assisting with refugee resettlement efforts. In 2019, they joined Empty Bin Zero Waste as a Store Manager, where they excelled in customer service, providing assistance and information on zero waste alternatives. Hannah continued to expand their skills in the field of literacy and technology training when they joined Stark County District Library in January 2019. Hannah served as an SPARK Parent Partner until August 2020, and then transitioned into the role of Literacy and Technology Trainer in August 2020. Hannah's work experience demonstrates their dedication to community service and their ability to adapt and excel in various roles.

Hannah Merry completed their Master's degree in Public Administration at Kent State University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Walsh University between 2014 and 2018. Their Bachelor's Degree encompassed a range of subjects including Government and Foreign Affairs, International Relations, History, Peace Studies, and Philosophy. Before entering university, Hannah attended Perry High School from 2010 to 2014, where they completed their high school education. Unfortunately, their field of study during high school is unspecified.
