Philipp Mayrhauser

Philipp Mayrhauser has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Philipp currently holds the position of Head of Business Model at STARK Deutschland since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Rudolf Ostermann GmbH where they held multiple roles. These roles included Project Management Production and Head of Product Management international, where they were responsible for driving business expansion, project management, and defining processes and quality management. Philipp also served as the Head of Sales Germany and Product Management international, overseeing a significant portion of total sales. Additionally, they held the position of Head of Sales force Germany and Head of Product Management international, where they were responsible for a majority of total sales and introduced product management within the company. Before joining Rudolf Ostermann GmbH, Philipp worked at Siemens as a Production and Process Controller and SAP key user.

Philipp Mayrhauser attended Westfälische Hochschule from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management, specifically a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) equivalent to an MBA. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained Diplomatie für Führungskräfte (Diplomacy in Leadership) from Haufe Akademie in August 2018, Professionelles Prozessmanagement (Professional Processmanagement) from Forum für Führungskräfte, eine Marke der WEKA Akademie GmbH in February 2017, and UEFA A-Licence Soccer from DFB in 2005.
