Nancy Walsh has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Nancy is currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at STARK International since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Manager for the same company since July 2011.

Before joining STARK International, Nancy worked as an Administrative Assistant at Eastern Mainland Housing Authority from 2008 to 2011.

From 2002 to 2006, they were the Co Owner/Manager at M & N Landscaping & Property Management Ltd.

Their earlier roles include being an Executive Assistant at GST Telecom from 1995 to 2000, an Administrative Assistant at Quest Capital Management SA from 1993 to 1995, an Administrative Assistant at Max Telecommunications from 1992 to 1993, and an Administrative Assistant to the Head of Security at Sobeys from 1990 to 1992.

Nancy Walsh attended Westville High from 1983 to 1989. During this time, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Subsequently, from 1989 to 1991, Nancy enrolled at Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC), where they completed a Secretarial program with a specialization in Accounting. In May 2019, they obtained a certification as a Commissioner of Oaths from the Province of Nova Scotia.
