Responsibilities

Our client is excited to introduce a newly established Customer Service (CS) unit and invites you to be a part of this dynamic, distributed, and customer-focused team.

In this remote-first role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Regularly communicate with private customers in Germany through phone and email.

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the back office, engineers, marketing & sales teams.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by resolving requests in the most effective and efficient way possible

Daily Tasks

  • Assist patients via phone / emails with inquiries about medical cannabis products, including dosage, usage, and potential side effects.

  • Provide education on the benefits and risks associated with medical cannabis treatment.

  • Guide patients through the process of obtaining medical cannabis prescriptions and products.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and trust.

  • Handle and resolve patient complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Monitor patient feedback to continuously improve the customer service experience.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will be able to build relationships quickly with key stakeholders and be driven to deliver a quality service.

  • German native

  • Ideally have 1-2 years experience as a Customer Service/ Contact Centre

  • Proven consultancy with a strong customer service focus

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach

  • Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Strong partnering skills with a knack for building meaningful relationships
