Carolyn Carter Hidalgo

Carolyn Carter Hidalgo has extensive experience in logistics and administrative roles, currently serving as an Administrativo de logística at Starken Chile since October 2021. Previous positions include Asistente de transporte y logística at CO-OL Construcciones Modulares, where responsibilities involved coordinating module and container dispatches. Carolyn has also worked as an Asistente de licencias médicas for Previser Ltda, managing medical licenses and resolutions for Banco de Chile. Additional experience includes roles as an Analista de control and Supervisor at Los Héroes Caja de Compensación, where Carolyn oversaw medical license management processes, and administrative support roles at Banco de Chile and Banco Itaú Chile. Education includes a degree in Direccion Neurolenguitica from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a degree in Relaciones Publicas with a focus on Marketing from Intituto Profesional AIEP. Carolyn also completed a leadership training course at MSD Consultores.
