Michael Soos

Michael Soos has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Michael began their career in 1989 with the United States Air Force, where they held various roles, including Recruiting Liaison Supervisor and Air Force SP. In 2013, they transitioned to the private sector and joined Gateway Rehab as a Security Operations Manager. Over the years, they gained expertise in managing security programs, conducting site surveys, and implementing safety plans. Michael also became certified as a Pressure Point Controlling Technique Instructor. Following this, Michael worked in different roles, such as Human Resources Manager at The Bluffs and Director of Facilities and Vendors at Vertava Health. Michael later served as Director of Operations at Vertava Health of Ohio and Simon Property Group, where they oversaw property management, maintenance, and budget controls. Their most recent role was as Director of Operations at Stark Enterprises, where they were responsible for project management, vendor management, and ensuring the properties exceeded standards. Overall, Michael Soos has extensive experience in operations management, security, and facilities management.

Michael Soos attended Kaplan University from 2012 to 2013, where they received a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. Prior to that, they studied at the Community College of the Air Force from 2010 to 2012, earning an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Criminal Justice/Police Science. Michael also obtained another Associate of Science (AS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same institution during the same period.
