Amy Polinske

Amy Polinske is an experienced professional in operational excellence and new product operations, currently serving as Vice President of Strategy Integration at Starkey Hearing since February 2014. Previous roles at Starkey include Senior Director of Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement and Director of New Product Operations and Continuous Improvement, where responsibilities centered on overseeing New Product Introduction processes and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality product launches. Prior to Starkey, Amy held various positions at Beckman Coulter, including Senior Project Manager, focusing on the successful transfer of immunoassays to manufacturing. Earlier experience includes roles as Process Scientist at DiaSorin and Formulations Scientist at PowderJect Vaccines, specializing in vaccine development. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
