Chul Kwak

Chul Kwak currently serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Starkey Hearing Technologies, a position held since July 2018. Prior to this role, Chul Kwak was the Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at ABRA Auto Body & Glass LP from October 2012 to May 2017, overseeing all legal functions, risk mitigation, and corporate governance. Chul Kwak also held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Jostens, Inc. from July 2005 to October 2012 and served as Vice President and General Counsel at GSC Corp. from January 2002 to July 2005. Earlier in the career, Chul Kwak worked as an Associate Attorney specializing in Mergers, Acquisitions, and General Corporate matters at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LP from September 1999 to January 2002. Chul Kwak earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Iowa.
