Serene Chng

Serene Chng, IHRP-SP, currently serves as the Regional HR Director for APAC at Starkey Hearing, overseeing human resources for a global leader in hearing technologies. With a robust career spanning over two decades, Serene has held key HR roles at notable companies including Airbus, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and executive development; Satair, leading HR operations across Asia Pacific; and Kimberly-Clark as an HR Business Partner. Educational credentials include an Executive Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College, a Bachelor of Business Studies with a major in Human Resource Management from Nanyang Technological University, and a Professional Diploma in Behavioral Psychology from the National University of Singapore.
