Spenser Fauks

Spenser Fauks currently serves as the Lead Director of the Center of Excellence for Inventory Quality and Control at CVS Health, where responsibilities include supporting the implementation of inventory quality control strategies and enhancing operational performance across national distribution centers. Prior to this role, Spenser spent over a decade at Starkey Hearing in various capacities, including Sr. Manager of Quality Manufacturing, where initiatives focused on improving customer satisfaction and supplier quality, and Global SIOP Manager, where significant increases in forecast accuracy were achieved. Spenser's early career experiences include roles at Wal-Mart, Midwest MetalWorks Inc., and Custom Products, complemented by an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
