Mary later worked as a Sales Supervisor at Lush Handmade Cosmetics, providing excellent customer service, supervising employees, and managing cash operations.

Moving on, Mary joined LeadJen and held several positions, including Marketing Research Associate, Manager of Data Services & Marketing, Client Account Manager, Director of Client Accounts, and Chief Operating Officer. Their responsibilities included database marketing, managing client data programs, leading the data services team, and developing strategies to exceed client objectives. During their time at LeadJen, Mary also played a key role in company marketing initiatives, which resulted in a significant increase in revenue.

Mary then took on roles at AA-ISP, where they served as the Vice President of the Indianapolis Chapter, and Emplify, where they were the Director of Sales Development, Senior Account Executive, and Director of Inside Sales. At Emplify, Mary contributed to the company's mission of unlocking human potential by providing actionable insights to improve engagement in organizations.

Most recently, Mary worked at 15Five as a Senior Mid-Market Account Executive and Sales Manager, and they are currently serving as the VP of Sales at StarLifter. Their experience at 15Five involved managing client accounts and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
