Lauren Almeida

Lauren Almeida has over 12 years of professional experience in the nonprofit, fashion, and technology industries. Lauren began their career in 2006 as an intern for sweetriot, followed by internships at ELLE Magazine and Nylon Magazine in 2007. In 2008, they held an internship at Temperley London and an Account Manager role at banzai! Communications. In 2011, they co-founded The Temporary Tattoo Project, a customized awareness and fundraising vehicle for an international nonprofit. From 2012 to 2018, Almeida was an Associate Program Manager and then Manager of Corporate Partnerships at Project Sunshine, where they managed corporate partnerships for an international nonprofit. Currently, Almeida is a Senior Manager of Partnerships at Starlight Children's Foundation.

Lauren Almeida holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from New York University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008.
