Dustin Easterling

Dustin Easterling is a skilled professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the construction and sports industries. Currently serving as a Field Manager at Starlight Homes since October 2020, Dustin leads community development initiatives, mentors Assistant Field Managers, ensures OSHA compliance, and addresses customer care issues effectively. Prior to this role, Dustin held positions at Vault Aviation and Northern Texas PGA, where responsibilities included assisting in sales and managing tournament operations. Additional experience includes roles at Oklahoma State University Athletics and All Terrain Support Group, LLC, contributing to recruiting and surveying functions. Dustin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Oklahoma State University in 2016.
