Bill Waugh

Bill Waugh is the Vice President of Concerts & Information Systems at Starlight Theatre. Bill has been with the company since December 2000 and has held various positions including IT Manager. Bill is a highly skilled and experienced individual with a passion for the arts. Bill has played a key role in the success of Starlight Theatre and its many events and productions.

Bill Waugh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
