Madhav Mishra, PMP, currently serves as the Certification and Compliance Manager at Starline, where responsibilities include managing multiple projects, maintaining program dashboards, budgets, and timelines, as well as conducting design reviews for compliance with quality standards. Prior experience as a Mechanical Engineer at both Starline and Universal Electric Corporation involved creating innovative power distribution and monitoring solutions, conducting testing for product performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Madhav began a career as a Mechanical Drafter, focusing on designing efficient components for power distribution equipment. Madhav holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Point Park University and an Associate of Science degree in CAD/CADD Drafting from the Community College of Allegheny County, alongside a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
