Matt Turner

Matt Turner is a data practice lead at Starling Bank since March 2021, specializing in designing dimensional models and data pipelines using dbt and Python, with a focus on improving data quality and infrastructure development in AWS and GCP. Prior experience includes roles as a data scientist at Hokodo, where Matt contributed to credit model production and developed a Python modeling pipeline, and as a data analyst at FIECON, analyzing health data and managing client relationships. Early career experience includes serving as an assistant tax advisor at EY. Matt holds a Master of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics, both from the University of Southampton.
