Mike Gurner

Mike Gurner is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and technical leadership, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Starling Bank since November 2022. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at Open Raven and SGDigital, where Mike contributed as a backend technical lead on casino game development. In addition to hands-on engineering roles, Mike held the position of Director at M4S Consulting, overseeing software development consultancy. A brief consulting engagement with Pay360 by Capita involved enhancing the product suite through functional improvements and supporting agile methodologies. Previous experience includes technical leadership at 2P Ventures, consulting roles in software development, and a solid foundation in Java development and data management from positions held at various organizations.
