Mohammed Quraishi, also known as Yaaseen, has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as Customer Service Operations Manager and previously as Customer Service Team Lead at Starling Bank since March 2020. Prior to this role, Mohammed worked at Admiral Group Plc from October 2014 to March 2020, starting as a Claims Handler and advancing to Team Leader. Mohammed holds a degree in Business and Marketing, specializing in Marketing, from the University of South Wales, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2017, and completed education at Cathays High School from 2007 to 2014.
