Rebecca Parsons

Rebecca Parsons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and public policy. Currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Policy at Starling Bank since November 2024, Rebecca previously held significant roles at Barclays, including Head of BUK Regulatory Relations, where responsibilities included managing relationships with the FCA, PRA, and PSR. At Visa Europe, Rebecca contributed over seven years to navigate the organization through regulatory frameworks, developing the UK public affairs strategy and leading stakeholder engagements. Earlier in career at The SPA Way, Rebecca advanced from Intern to Head of Public Affairs. Rebecca holds a BA in Geography from UCL, earned in 2006.
