Stephen Taylor

Stephen Taylor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in banking operations and strategic management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff, Director of Banking Operations, and Operations Strategist at Starling Bank since May 2023, Stephen has developed a strong operational framework. Prior to this, Stephen held multiple roles at McKinsey & Company from June 2014 to May 2023, culminating in the position of Associate Partner, alongside experience as a Digital Expert and Engagement Manager. Earlier career highlights include serving as Principal Consultant at Microgen and Manager at CHP Consulting from January 2004 to June 2014. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Bristol, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
