Prior to joining Starling Bank, Tom worked at Ladbrokes Coral and the British Airport Authority, holding various roles related to security and AML. Tom's educational background includes multiple certifications in fraud management, forensic accounting, and investigative practice, enhancing skills and knowledge in financial crime risk and compliance.
