Isabel Mora is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in construction estimation and project management. Isabel has worked as a Construction Estimator at General Property Construction Co. and MCW Companies before taking on the role of Project Manager and Estimator at Starlite Building Services. Isabel graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad del Zulia.
