Alexandru Spinei

Alexandru Spinei is a seasoned professional in the e-commerce and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and Administrator of ZAP magazin online since June 2010, where responsibilities include strategic development, performance reporting, and supplier negotiations. Additionally, Alexandru holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at TVBOX, the largest IPTV operator in the Republic of Moldova, since August 2018, overseeing a significant selection of channels and market growth. Previously, Alexandru was the Director of Procurement at StarNet, a leading information technology and electronic communications company in the Republic of Moldova. Alexandru also has experience as Chief Executive Officer and Director Administrativ Adjunct at StarNet from June 2008 to October 2009. Alexandru holds a Master’s degree in Profesiuni și studii juridice from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, completed in 2006.
