Linda Hickman has been working in the professional world since 2000. Linda began their career at Wells Fargo as a Scheduling Specialist. In 2003, they moved to AG Rentals, LTD, where they held the role of Manager. In 2009, they transitioned to Singenis as a Financial Services Supervisor. Most recently, they have been working at Starnik since 2014, where they are the Director of Customer Success.

Linda Hickman attended South Plains College from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business. Linda then attended Wayland Baptist University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, as well as a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). Additionally, Linda Hickman holds a Certified Apartment Manager certification.
