Erica Ilcyn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in educational consulting and special education. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Trauma & Resilience in Education at Starr Commonwealth and as an Account Executive Consultant at Branching Minds, Erica brings a wealth of expertise gained from previous roles, including Director of Educational Partnerships and Special Education Teacher. Notably, Erica has held positions as Student Services Coordinator and Resilience Coach at Battle Creek Public Schools, as well as Director of Special Education at Speak It Forward, Inc.
