Verity Beard (Johnson)

Verity Beard (Johnson) is an experienced professional with a diverse background in hospitality, pet care, and environmental science. Currently serving as the Lead Bartender at Starr Hill Brewery since May 2019, Verity is responsible for closing reports and financial management. As a Small Business Owner of Elevation Pet Care since July 2016, a passion for animal care has been transformed into a full-time profession. Verity has also worked as a Pet Sitter for Rover.com, a Manager at 419 West Restaurant, and a Bar Manager at Lucha Cantina. Previous experience includes a seasonal role as a Park Ranger with Larimer County and as a Veterinary Technician at Golden Animal Hospital. Verity holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science in Ecological Restoration from Virginia Tech and an Associate of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Virginia Western Community College.
