Andre Nieves

Andre Nieves is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various cooking roles. Currently serving as a Private Chef since March 2020, Andre also holds the position of Executive Sous Chef at STARR Restaurants since January 2016. Prior experience includes a Line Cook position at Morimoto NYC starting in September 2012 and a role as Executive Chef at Atlas Restaurant Group from November 2017 to September 2018. Andre's culinary education was pursued at Star Career Academy, where a degree in Professional Cooking was earned from 2011 to 2012.
