James Roberts

James Roberts is an accomplished professional in the restaurant industry with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Operations and previously as the Director of Restaurants at STARR Restaurants since July 2015, James has effectively led multiple restaurant operations. Prior to this role, James was the General Manager at El Vez NY from February 2014 to July 2015 and held various positions including General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Floor Manager at Morimoto NY from November 2007 to February 2014. James holds a degree from SUNY Farmingdale.
