Nicholas Manos

Nicholas Manos is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and restaurant development industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Development and Construction at STARR Restaurants since March 2021, Manos also holds a partnership at The Lodge, which commenced in June 2017. Previously, Manos worked as Director of Operations at Casa Nela from May 2020 to March 2021, and served in multiple capacities including Assistant Project Manager and Director of Operations at STARR Restaurants and Tastebud Concepts, respectively. A former Vice President of Operations at Kearns Restaurant Group, Manos has a comprehensive background that includes a solid foundation in food and beverage management, which began with an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager position at Gulf Harbour Yacht and Country Club. Manos holds a degree in Resort and Hospitality Management from Florida Gulf Coast University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
