Nehemiah E. Ginsburg is the General Counsel and Secretary of Starr Indemnity & Liability Company and Starr Surplus Lines Insurance Company. In addition, Nehemiah serves as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Secretary of Starr Insurance Holdings, Inc.
Prior to joining Starr Companies, Nehemiah was an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP where he was part of the firm’s Financial Institutions Group.
Nehemiah earned a Bachelor of Science from the City University of New York - Brooklyn College, a Master of Science from New York University Graduate School of Arts and Science, and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Ginsburg is admitted to the New York State Bar, and to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
