Brooke Lloyd, MSOL has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Brooke began their career in 2006 as a Travel Nurse Recruiter at Medical Express. From 2009 to 2016, they worked at Bolder Staffing as a Staffing Manager, where they were responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, managing recruitment efforts, and building relationships with clients. In 2016, they joined Brick Staffing, LLC as a Senior Recruiter, assisting clients in identifying and hiring the most qualified candidates. In 2017, they became the Assistant Director of Experiential Programs at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, providing career coaching and advising to undergraduate business students. In 2020, they became a Senior Career Strategist at Executive Career Partners, where they developed tailored job search campaigns for clients. Currently, they are an Account Manager - Community Relations at StarRez, Inc.

Brooke Lloyd, MSOL holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication/Public Relations from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, graduating between 1999 and 2003. In addition to their formal education, Brooke also possesses additional certifications. In May 2020, they obtained a career coach certification from the National Association of Career Colleges. Furthermore, they acquired a certification in Facilitating Career Development Training from the National Career Development Association in May 2018.
