Chris Harlan

Chris Harlan has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Chris started their career at FRONT RANGE AUTOMOTIVE, INC as a Business & Information Technology Manager, where they were responsible for administrative and financial tasks, as well as serving as a technical support contact point. Chris then joined Magic Memories as a Technical Operations Specialist, providing technical support and troubleshooting in a SaaS environment. Currently, Chris works at Starry, Inc. where they have held multiple roles, including Starry Expert, Senior Starry Expert, Reliability Engineer, and Tier II Network Analyst. In these roles, they have been involved in troubleshooting customer connection issues, identifying and resolving network level issues, and ensuring quality assurance checks for new network sites.

Chris Harlan attended American Public University System from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology.
