Chris Kopps has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chris began their professional career as a Cable Technician at TelLink Communications in 2000 and worked there until 2004. In 2006, they joined the Air National Guard WI 128th Aeriel Refuel Wing as a Guidance and Control Technician, a role they held until 2011. In 2008, Chris worked as a Line Technician at Terso Solutions until 2010. Chris then moved on to ShopKeep, where they worked in various roles including Customer Care Advisor, Customer Care Supervisor, Support Specialist - Level 2, and finally Support Specialist - Level 3 from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they briefly worked as an Operations Technician at Minibar Delivery before joining Starry, Inc. as a Senior Network Control Engineer.
Chris Kopps earned an Associate's degree in Avionics Maintenance Technology/Technician from the Community College of the Air Force from 2007 to 2011. Before that, from 2004 to 2010, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
