Courtney Neville

Courtney Neville has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Legal Fellow at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at the Competitive Carriers Association, first as a Policy Counsel and then as an Associate General Counsel. Since 2019, Courtney has been with Starry, Inc., initially serving as a Regulatory and Policy Counsel and currently as the Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs.

Courtney Neville pursued their Bachelor's Degree at American University from 2007 to 2011. Courtney then went on to attend Penn State Law from 2011 to 2014, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. The field of study for both degrees is not provided.
