David Muro

David Muro is an experienced youth leader and mental health advocate actively working in the fields of youth ministry and behavioral health. As the founder of the Youth Ministering to Youth program at the Pentecostals of San Bernardino Church, David supports youth facing various challenges, including peer pressure and self-esteem issues. At Stars Behavioral Health Group, David serves as the Program Coordinator for the Promotores De Salud & Family Resource Center, overseeing mental health services and supervising Peer Family Advocates. Additional roles include providing case management and mentoring for system-involved youth, addressing their educational and emotional needs. David holds credentials as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor from the Association of Christian Alcohol & Drug Counselors Institute and has pursued further education at San Bernardino Valley College.
