Jessica Gott

Jessica Gott, B.S., MHRS, CMPSS, currently serves as a Justice and Equity Representative at Stars Behavioral Health Group, focusing on DEIA initiatives. With experience as a Transition Care Manager, Jessica supported youth rehabilitation and mental health goals in California's largest FSP program. Previous roles include Lead Youth Advocate and Youth Advocate, where Jessica effectively managed cases and improved program efficiency. At Goodwill Industries, Jessica worked as a Youth Development Specialist, providing enrichment to children and youth. Additionally, Jessica has experience as a Registered Behavior Therapist and a Non-profit Intern, as well as in various student leadership and support roles during academic studies at California Lutheran University. Jessica is pursuing a Master of Social Work at Tulane University School of Social Work, specializing in mental health.
