Yona Kifer

Yona Kifer, Ph.D., currently serves as the Assistant Director of Behavioral Research and Evaluation at Stars Behavioral Health Group, a position held since February 2019, where efforts are concentrated on enhancing client outcomes through the development of data systems and tools for clinicians and programs. Prior to this role, Yona Kifer worked as a Research Psychologist and a Research Consultant for various organizations in 2018, including AGE WAVE and Nosocom Solutions Inc. Yona Kifer holds a Post-doctoral Fellowship in Social Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology and Organizational Behavior Studies from Tel Aviv University, following a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Psychology and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
